How do I get started?

Please email or call Tutoring Tree for a free consultation. This can be done on the phone if necessary. Tutoring Tree will match you with a tutor depending on learning style, subjects required, and schedule. Families now can choose to have tutors meet at their homes or come to Tutoring Tree to have the tutoring sessions. 

What commitment is involved in tutoring?

A student commitment to tutoring is on a month-to-month basis.

Students usually visit the center twice a week for an hour. Most Students require twice a week sessions for at east the first eight sessions

How much does each session cost?

Each session is $38.00 an hour. All sessions are prepaid. 

How do I keep track of my child’s progress?

Once your learner has been paired with his/her tutor, and their sessions begin, you will receive regular progress reports from the tutor. You can schedule a conference with your learner’s tutor at any time to discuss their program and their progress.

What is your cancellation policy?

A 24-hour cancellation policy for a single session is needed or payment is still required. We recommend two weeks notice if you are discontinuing your child’s tutoring sessions.

What happens if my child's tutor is temporarily unavailable?

Due to illness or vacation, a substitute tutor will be provided for your child’s scheduled session. Parents will be notified if a permanent change of tutor is needed.
